(October ’16 – present)

• Assist in setting up game day operations, including press box and media credentials. Record audio from away locker room post game and print off stats in between periods

• Write broadcast reports, relaying what television commentators are saying about the Blackhawks during games and noting when sponsors are mentioned.

Richmond Times-Dispatch | Sports Intern
(June ’16 – September ’16) 

•  Handle a variety of tasks, including writing features, work at the copy desk and wherever else as needed
• Assisted in Washington Redskins coverage, producing 31 articles over two weeks of training camp and the second preseason game against the New York Jets.
• Full-time work in Richmond’s largest newspaper (circulation: 89,401)

• Oversaw all aspects of DePaul’s student newspaper including content, editors, advertising and more
• Directed investigative units, producing four indepth articles on DePaul’s new arena and covered breaking news like campus protests surrounding conservative provocateur Milo Yiannopoulos.
